Thoroughly impressed with Ramada Mardin during our final leg of our journey through southeast Turkiye The reception team was warm and welcoming, making every effort to communicate in English. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, with the added luxury of a choice of pillows. The bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was of high quality, and a staff member, Murat, was particularly hospitable, ensuring every guest felt well cared for. The gym was fully equipped Old Mardin area is 12 minutes drive Mardian mall is 5 minutes drive with plenty of restaurants in the mall Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The hotel is located in the new city of Mardin about 2.5Km from the old city. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. WI-FI was good all the time. Friendly Staff. Breakfast was good with many options while it could have been better if the main dishes were not repeatable. The waiters in the Dining Room were very friendly, attentive and of good service to the guests.

it was amazing i loved everything it was clean comfortable it would be more amazing if they had bigger TV in the room beside that it was super. i will definitely stay again there for my next trip

the rooms are big and comfortable. The AC is working very well. Staff is really helpful. International standards hotel except from the disco music at the pool all day long loud and irritating.

Great 5 star hotel close to Mardin's old town. Exceptional service, very clean room, wonderful facilities including pool, gym & spa, outstanding breakfast. Attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The hotel garden is very romantically decorated. The hotel is clean, tidy, as you would expect from a global brand.

Fantastic all around experiance. The pool with the garden was priceless experiance. The green oasis. Breakfast 7 stars! Fantastic value for money, 100e for two. Best deal ever!

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Spacious twin room. Handy location for driving/parking. We were worried about parking for an old town location hotel and this was much easier, and then an easy taxi trip to the centre costing 45-60TL. We had hamam and massage and both very good and decent value. Breakfast was good but not amazing - standard hotel buffet.

Beautiful hotel with big rooms, comfortable beds and great facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were plentiful
