Thoroughly impressed with Ramada Mardin during our final leg of our journey through southeast Turkiye The reception team was warm and welcoming, making every effort to communicate in English. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, with the added luxury of a choice of pillows. The bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was of high quality, and a staff member, Murat, was particularly hospitable, ensuring every guest felt well cared for. The gym was fully equipped Old Mardin area is 12 minutes drive Mardian mall is 5 minutes drive with plenty of restaurants in the mall Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Mardin for 3 nights and 4 days, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the rooms were spacious and very well-maintained. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views from the hotel. If you are planning a trip to Mardin, we highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and memorable experience. Beautiful Experience In Greeting. And In Going. Clean Rooms, Good Amenities. Perfect For A Stay And Would Definitely Go Back To Again If I Visit Mardin. Bads 👎: (TBH Nothing Bad But Some Disappointments ): Closed Swimming Pool Renovation (Unhighlited On Booking.com), The Cleanliness Of The Window Area, The Soundproof Of The Room. ( Goods Much More Than Bads ) I Would Like To Visit Again Like It's Old Shape.

The hotel is located in the new city of Mardin about 2.5Km from the old city. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. WI-FI was good all the time. Friendly Staff. Breakfast was good with many options while it could have been better if the main dishes were not repeatable. The waiters in the Dining Room were very friendly, attentive and of good service to the guests.

it was amazing i loved everything it was clean comfortable it would be more amazing if they had bigger TV in the room beside that it was super. i will definitely stay again there for my next trip

Great 5 star hotel close to Mardin's old town. Exceptional service, very clean room, wonderful facilities including pool, gym & spa, outstanding breakfast. Attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again.

the rooms are big and comfortable. The AC is working very well. Staff is really helpful. International standards hotel except from the disco music at the pool all day long loud and irritating.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The hotel garden is very romantically decorated. The hotel is clean, tidy, as you would expect from a global brand.
